There are two ways a charge session will stop:

1. When your vehicle reaches its predetermined charge limit, the charge will automatically terminate.

Once a charge session has ended, you have a ten-minute grace period to unplug your vehicle and relocate before idle time fees apply.

A $30 pre-authorization hold is placed on your credit card. This hold is reversed and replaced with the actual charge incurred once authorized, taking 3-4 business days.
